Shipping & Delivery
Our orders are shipped out with Signature Confirmation upon delivery & the packages are always insured. So if you are missing any items upon receipt or have anything damaged, you MUST report it to us within 5 days of receipt so that we may take proper measures. We will not be responsible if you do not check your packages in a timely fashion. If you choose to Expedite your order (Next Day Air, 2nd Day, etc...) we must receive your order by 12:00 p.m. E.S.T. Orders received after 12 p.m. (our time not yours) will ship out the next business day. Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS Ground. However, we do try to accommodate our customers residing in other countries. You may contact us directly to obtain a shipping estimate.

Privacy Notice: Any personal information, including email address, business address and/or telephone number will not be sold or distributed to any other parties. The information provided by you is solely used by GateMotors.com, to provide our customer's with the service that they require.

Returns & Replacements
BUYERS MUST RETURN THERE PURCHASE WITH A COPY OF THERE SALES RECEIPT! Proof of purchase of the product (such as a copy of the Sales Receipt) is required before a refund can be issued. Refunds (money-back) will ONLY be made within 30 days of purchase and will incur a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. (After 30 days we only offer exchanges if the merchandise is un-used & still in the original package.) Buyer must return the item in the same condition that we shipped it in, including original packaging so that we may re-sell the item. If item is not in its original packaging, we will not accept the item! RETURN SHIPPING MUST BE PREPAID BY BUYER, No exceptions! Because of the high volume of unnecessary returns, keep in mind that if GateMotors.com. does not find the part you are sending back to be defective, that the Customer will pay to have the item shipped back to them. Please call us at 352.241.8259 if you have any questions before retuning the item.

    PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT. ANY DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PACKAGE.

    It is very IMPORTANT that you read the instructional manual provided with your items, prior to installation. Once you have installed an item, it is no longer eligible for a REFUND! Therefore, if you are experiencing technical difficulties, you may contact us at 352-241-8259 to request assistance in completing your installation successfully. GateMotors.com. is solely a distributor of gate openers/operators and is not responsible for an imperfect installation. "A FAULTY INSTALLATION DOES NOT IMPLY THAT AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE." Seek professional assistance (someone who is licensed and has experience) if you are still experiencing difficulties after trouble-shooting with one of our technicians. However, that is at the customers discretion and not reimbursable in any way by GateMotors.com.

     Items are sold with a 1 year warranty on electrical & mechanical parts. (Please refer back to your Instruction Manual for specific warranty information.) However, please keep in mind that the Warranty only covers Manufacturer's Defects NOT PARTS THAT WERE BURNED DURING A FAULTY INSTALLATION, NATURAL DISASTERS OR BY MOTHER NATURES CREATURES. If you need to send an item back for inspection, please send with a copy of sales receipt and brief discription and phone number to call back once we inspect Merchandise. If your item is under warranty and is found to be defective by Gatemotors.com, upon its return, we will gladly send you a new one. However, keep in mind that if nothing is found defective, the Customer will need to cover the shipping charges both ways. NO REFUNDS will be given on "USED" Merchandise or after 30 days of purchase.
